All insurance companies require you to have certain minimum requirement in terms of your home security in order for your insurance policy to be valid. This will include key operated window locks to all windows and at least one insurance approved lock on your front and back doors.

In many cases we can supply and install locks for a reasonable price that will meet or exceed the requirements of insurance companies and the Police. The most common lock mentioned by insurance is a BS3621 insurance approved type.
There are many certification numbers for different types of gradings of lock, the most common is mentioned above. The others are as follows, TS007, BS3621:2004, BS3621;2007 and BS8621.
